We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. At Assastyle, we strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Period

  • You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

How to Make a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Submit a Return Request

2. Wait for Confirmation

  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  • If approved, we will send step-by-step return instructions.

3. Send the Product Back

  • Ship the product to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed as defective or damaged.

4. Receive Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, socks, tights).

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged with original tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging.
  • Returns for personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction with color or style, are not accepted.

Important Notes

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted one for a refund.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Accidental Returns or Incorrect Items

  • Double-check your return package before shipping.
  • Items from other stores sent to us will not be returned.

Defects Not Covered

  • Minor differences in color due to monitor settings, loose threads, or size variations are not considered defects.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or alterations will not be accepted.

Where is My Refund?

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and sent to your card-issuing bank.
  • Online Payment Providers (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be sent within 5 business days after processing.
  • If your order was fully paid with Store Credit, it is Final Sale and non-refundable.
