At AssaStyle, we ensure reliable and timely international shipping. Below are our processing times, delivery estimates, and return policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary based on supplier availability or pre-order conditions.
  • Processing time excludes transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide international shipping with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-30 business days, based on destination.
  • Expedited/Express Shipping: Available for select regions at an additional cost, with delivery in 4-15 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours after dispatch.
  • You can also check your order status by logging into your AssaStyle account.

Important Information

  • Shipping times may be affected by peak seasons, customs delays, or weather conditions.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses internationally.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for eligible products. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

 The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
 Some items, such as dropshipping products, may be non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customs & Import Duties

  • All orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Customers must pay any applicable customs duties or import taxes when the package arrives.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.
  • We cannot declare items as “gifts” or modify product values to reduce customs fees.

Address Corrections

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot update the delivery address.
